Obama thinks he has done such a great job since taking office that he deserves a B+. That seems to be over-inflated to my way of thinkin’. I would probably give him an F- in all categories for not listening. We all know by his Tax and Spend attitude that he has no economic understanding. The American people keep telling him they are not happy with his policies, but he just keeps right on pushin’ and complainin’ about how he inherited all of this crap from Bush. Apparently, he forgot he was a Senator and had the ability to vote Yea or Nay, but usually voted Present! I find his whiney Bush Bashin’ attitude a real turnoff! If he can’t stand the heat – he should get out of our kitchen. In fact, I wish he would tuck his tail, pack up and move out, and quit wasting our money flying around doing nothing, but getting on TV, ignoring the people who hired him, acting like a dictator, and spending money that we don’t have and selling our souls to the Chinese.
They are so excited because the Jobs report went down by .2%. I wonder if a lot of that isn’t from seasonal hiring for Christmas, or people are just fed up because there are no jobs to be had. If I were a small business owner, I would be questioning if it would be wise to hire any new people at this time. New taxes, more taxes, healthcare, Cap and Trade taxes, Climate Change taxes, Estate Taxes, etc. Gosh, you can’t even die and get out of paying taxes.

GLOBAL WARMING
GLOBAL WARMING – reality, myth or a way to make Al Gore rich? Now I’m all for conservation, recycling and keeping America clean, but we have had climate change since the beginning of this planet according to the scientific reports. We had an ICE AGE long before people inhabited this planet, and the ice melted – people didn’t do it, they weren’t even here then. I for one happen to believe the reports that this is all a farce and a convenience to make Al Gore rich, and a way to increase taxes on the working American people.
Animals became extinct – people didn’t do it, there weren’t here. So how do you logically conclude that people are the cause of global warming since this phenomenon has been occurring since the beginning of the planet?
It is true that here in America, we are a throw-away nation and I agree that should change. Disposal diapers, disposable wipes, paper towels, facial tissues, plastic water bottles, plastic this and plastic that – nothing is reusable anymore so it winds up along the side of the roads and highways, plastic bags are waving on the fences or stuck on the cacti, or other fauna and foliage or it might wind up in the landfills. We don’t have enough pride in our country to even make sure that trash is put in appropriate receptacles. I see people driving around and when they are done drinking a bottle of water, a soda or a beer or their meal from a fast food restaurant – what do they do with the empties, leave them in their vehicles, throw them in the proper receptacles or toss them out the window to land in the streets, highways or blow around into a neighbor’s yard. I have seen dirty diapers wadded up and tossed under vehicles in parking lots for someone else to pick up – nice, huh? There are littering laws all over this beautiful country, but I do not see them being enforced and that is too bad. This is a problem that should be addressed rather than worry about the inconsequential climate change.
We also need to be worrying about what we are going to eat when all of the farmers and ranchers are forced off their land. Our food supply will be fabricated in some laboratory instead of grown naturally as it should be. They are already using growth hormones for animals which have been found to cause health problems when you eat the meat. They even use growth hormones to grow your vegetables and fruits. They do that to grow them faster because we don’t have enough land left vacant to grow them naturally and to grow enough to take care of our population plus that of the rest of the world, but instead of preserving the ranches and the farms, the increase the size of the cities and towns. That’s just what we need - more people living in towns and cities, and fewer people growing what we need to survive, but more people on the welfare rolls for the working few to support. That would make the BLEEDING HEART LIBERAL DEMOCRATS really really happy as long as they have a few rich people to tax excessively! But in watching what is going on, I think the lower income people will be picking up a lot of the liberals funding also.
I feel really sorry for anyone who believes that this administration is the best for everyone. The Obama Administration along with the rest of the liberal democrats are ruining the spirit, the visions of our forefathers, and the pride of ownership that The Constitution of the United States, and The Bill of Rights envisioned for all Americans. It is time for Americans to unite and take our country back from the liberals who are trying to destroy us. Let’s start with the election of 2010. Since we know the House and Senate will not opt for term limits. Let’s place term limits on them at election time, and continue the trend to stop these political careers from becoming entrenched in and ruining our lives.

PELOSI IN FLIGHT by Jack Rink

In this year of the 40th anniversary of the first moon landing we have a unique opportunity to solve several crises facing our country in one bold stroke. Specifically, we can reinvigorate our space program while simultaneously jump-starting the economy and encouraging the green movement. To build upon the inspirational words of President John F. Kennedy, I believe that this nation should commit itself to achieving the goal of sending a speaker of the House to Mars.
Just as the 1969 moon landing resulted in a wave of patriotism the impact of Nancy Pelosi on Mars would be an enormous boost to our national pride. Martian pride may suffer somewhat but they sent us the creepy monsters that tried to digest Tom Cruise in “War of the Worlds” - so it is a fair trade. And after successfully landing a speaker on Mars, it would only be another short step to send human beings.
Are there dangers? Of course. One potential disaster is that an auxiliary storage tank on the rocket could burst on takeoff, spreading an enormous Botox cloud over much of North America. Millions of Americans would be unable to blink their eyes or move the muscles in their upper face until the effects wore off.
Or Pelosi’s spacecraft could veer off course and crash on a totally different planet. It might even land on the world that that inspired the movie “Aliens” - those drooling, toothy, Sigourney Weaver-eating, life forms. Mixing Pelosi with an entire race of vicious, blood-thirsty aliens would result in a horrible slaughter.
Wiping out the population of aliens could even violate the Protected Species Act.
Perhaps the most dangerous risk is that Pelosi may find her way back. But these are chances we have to take to regain the spirit of innovation that made this country great.
On the positive side, imagine the exciting possibilities of Pelosi on Mars. For one, she may have the opportunity to make contact with Barney Frank’s parents. Maybe Pelosi could find other life forms. There is even a slim possibility that ACORN has not already registered them to vote.
The required investment in new space technology would jump-start the economy. The Mercury and Apollo missions spawned amazing technological breakthroughs such as the Space Pen which became an excellent Seinfeld episode. Just one similar invention could lead to reruns worth a fortune to the entertainment industry. The resulting billions in tax revenues could fund the federal budget for several milliseconds.
We could even apply the collective abilities of the new government motor companies toward space exploration by contracting them to design and build one or two rockets each year. While this may be higher volume manufacturing than automobiles, the same creative minds that brought us the Pontiac Aztec could easily rise to the challenge. In fact, the designers’ sense of style suggests that they are probably not from planet Earth themselves.
A mission to Mars may sound like a huge investment but in comparison to the bailouts of other industries that are already in progress the cost is minimal. And if we hurry, we can get a $4,500 rebate on the remaining space shuttles.
The idea also complements Pelosi’s new green initiatives. New technologies could to be perfected to achieve space travel while still meeting proposed cap and trade restrictions. Thousands of jobs would be created to produce the next generation of wind-powered booster rockets. Wasteful materials currently used for space capsules such as aluminum and titanium could be replaced with renewable bamboo and hemp.
While launching a rocket to Mars would undoubtedly generate some carbon footprint, it would be far less than that of the tax-paid jet that shuttles Pelosi back and forth to California.
Finally, if the concept of sending government officials to outer space catches the imagination of the public, there is no end to the possibilities. A logical next step would be to use other members of Congress to explore the surface of the Sun. Although it would be possible to accomplish the same thing with laboratory rats, using members of Congress has an important advantage. The NASA technicians tend to get emotionally attached to the rats.

WELFARE MENTALITY
As I sit here reading the local newspaper, I came across an article about widespread graffiti tagging. These graffiti artists should have to take a toothbrush and remove any graffiti discovered in the town, enough of that and they may quit and if that doesn’t stop them, I can always find a bunch of public service programs to keep them busy without pay until they change their attitudes or a load of rock salt or buckshot in the butt when they are caught may be effective. I believe a lot of this behavior comes from the welfare mentality brought on by the Liberal Democrats thinking that we should be spreading the wealth around by taking from the rich who work and earn that wealth and give it to the welfare mentality types who believe that we should take care of them. They have never had to earn anything so they have no pride of ownership. What is ours should be theirs (according to them) and they just come and take it. I am of the mindset that people should earn what they get and the only people who should get public assistance are the sick and injured. Everyone else – if you don’t work, you don’t eat – period.
Gang members do not respect anyone or the rights of anyone. Locking them up does not do any good. If they are locked up because they have murdered someone, that should be a death penalty crime (Colorado doesn’t use the death penalty), but if they did, you would not have repeat offenders. Rape should be a death penalty crime. Pedophilia should be a death penalty crime. Murder should be a death penalty crime. I get sick of these Bleeding Heart Liberals spouting off about violating the rights of these criminals. What about the rights of the victims? Nobody cared about them, and their rights were really violated through no fault of their own!
Don’t get me wrong, there are a lot of really nice hardworking kids in the world and those kids have my admiration and respect. However, there are a lot of young people who think they are entitled without having to earn. They have it in their heads that everything should be handed to them. They run around with their waistband of their pants hanging down to their knees and the girls look like they just stepped out of a vampire setting with not enough clothing covering the essentials, they are rude, obnoxious, and have absolutely no respect for anyone. If they listen to music (or what they call music) – everyone else has to listen to it also because it is rattling the rafters, and they think that is their right. Personally, I would like to take their stereo, cram it up their butt and then turn it on full blast and watch them shake, rattle, and roll with the sound.
I am tired of paying for illegal immigrant babies to be born and raised on welfare in America. I am tired of teenagers getting pregnant and expecting the American people to pay for her and the baby. When they have more than one baby that we are obligated to pay for their food, their healthcare, along with that of the mother, I think that is taking too much advantage of the American taxpayer. If you have a baby, that baby should be the responsibility of the mother and father – if the mother and father are teenagers, then their parents should be responsible for what their children do and their children’s babies. What really brings this home for me is the fact that every granddaughter in our family has had at least one baby out of wedlock. Two of the granddaughters paid for their own babies with the help of the babies’ fathers as they should have. One granddaughter has 4 children all by different fathers and has custody of none of them, one has 3 children all by different fathers and has custody of 2 of them, one has 1 child and does not have custody, but hops from one bed to the next. The grandsons (all but one) have children out of wedlock, but so far the boys have stepped up to the plate and support their babies. I am not any happier about my grandchildren’s lack of morality than I am about any of the other girls and boys who are doing the same thing. I do not think these mothers, fathers and their children should be supported by the welfare system. Abortion is a double edged sword as far as I’m concerned. On one hand – the abuses of drugs among young people puts the babies at risk and they sometimes have a lot of medical problems not to mention when you have a drug dependent mother, the baby is neglected. Which is worse being aborted or being neglected or abused? I wish every baby could be born into a loving, caring responsible home, however, reality strikes and it doesn’t happen. Maybe when a baby is born to a mother who can not take care of it, that baby should be removed and placed in a loving, caring home. Whose rights should be protected – the mother or the baby? On the other hand – abortion is cheaper than raising a child from birth to death. I have mixed feelings concerning abortion. Like I said, if every baby was born into a loving, caring responsible home, I would be against abortion but unfortunately, we read daily about the abuse, death, neglect, etc. of many babies and children who are not born into a loving home. Would those babies be better off if they were never born?

SIT DOWN, SHUT-UP AND QUIT COMPLAINING!
Isn’t it amazing how Obama can stir up a stink at home, then climb on Air Force One and take a 71 car entourage with him and head off to Asia or anywhere away from his responsibilities in America? Not only does he remove himself, but he embarrasses himself and America in the process and returns to America without accomplishing one blessed thing. What a waste of time, money, and jet fuel! But then on the other hand Obama is probably not needed in Washington since the Chicago Machine is the one or ones calling the shots in this administration. Obama is just the pawn who makes their speeches and acts as a figurehead or bobblehead. That is why he has plenty of time to travel the world on our dime.
He along with his buddies in Congress (including Pelosi and Reid) wants to foist this gargantuan healthcare plan on the unsuspecting American people without our input and not only that, they want to ban us from complaining about it. According to Obama, detractors from his plans, policies and ideas should just shut-up, sit down and let them have their way! Well, I don’t shut-up very well, and I hope you don’t either. Do you think that they can bring in this healthcare bill within the budget they are proposing? I personally think it is nearly impossible for this Congress to do anything within budget. I’m a bettin’ that it will cost at least three times what they are predicting. What do you think? I think they are using a lot of creative accounting practices to get the figures to come out the way they want them to.
I was so angry last night – I was watching Fox News, Dick Durbin was grandstanding and complaining on the Senate floor about the TARP bill which was only three pages and passed during the Bush Administration and of course he emphasised what a disaster it was when compared to the healthcare bill which is 2000 plus pages and supposedly so much better because it is an Obama administration bill, but the nincompoop along with 73 other moronic members of the Senate voted Yea on the so called disastrous TARP bill. I was not in favor of the TARP bill and I'm definitely not in favor of the Healthcare Reform bill. Here again the senior citizens are the ones who are supposed to be good sports and just die off so they do not have to treat our medical problems in order that they can provide healthcare for people who do not work, have never worked and do not intend to start working or for people who come across the border illegally and want us to take care of them.
Eric Holder wants to bring five terrorists to New York to put them on trial for the Twin Towers bombings. The majority of the American people prefer that they keep these terrorists in Guantanamo Bay instead of bringing them back into the States among the most populated area in America. Where is the safety in doing that? I encourage Eric Holder to change his mind and let these morons be tried in a Military Tribunal for the safety of America, and because it is the right thing to do.
How do you like all of the misrepresentation of the jobs created and saved by the Obama Administration? It is just another embarrassment that he tries to sweep under the carpet. Every week another 500,000 plus people are losing their jobs and they claim to be creating or saving jobs. What a joke that is. If we can not trust this administration to tell us the truth about the jobs situation, how can we trust them with anything else.
Obama did not want to have an investigation in the Ft. Hood massacre/terrorist attack. He doesn’t want to admit that we can have a terrorist attack while he is in office, and he’s such a weak link in the world arena that he invites the very attacks that he should be prepared to defend America against.
Obama talks out of both sides of his mouth. He will say one thing to the American people, turn around, go overseas and say something else. In Asia he was defending our freedoms, in America, he is telling us to sit down, shut-up and let him and his henchmen do whatever suits them. That kind of sounds like a contradiction to me!
Obama may be personally popular in some arenas, but by the time his term in office is over, he will have destroyed America as we know it, and his job favorability will be in the toilet if it keeps falling at the same pace it is on now. He is the biggest flop this country could have ever voted in (if they did). It would not surprise me if there was a nationwide recount that he did not win at all, but that the ballot boxes were stuffed just the same as they were in Afghanistan.
The Obama administration wants to move the GITMO detainees to prisons in the United States. We in America are a lot safer with the detainees incarcerated in Guantanamo Bay not in the United States. They want their trials in Federal Court in America instead of a Military Tribunal. Military Tribunals have always been the trial of choice for these types of offenses.
The Cap and Trade disaster is going to cost all of us a bundle monthly for our gas, electricity, products that are manufactured in America, etc. Talk about a job killer – that will be it.
Then there is the problem of this administration not wanting to drill for the natural resources that we are so blessed with in America. That would produce jobs, lower the cost of our energy bills and make sense. Since the Obama administration does nothing that makes sense, I guess we can kiss that idea goodbye until we get somebody like Sarah Palin in office with the common sense that this administration is so blatantly lacking.
The Obama administration wants to control the amount of money we earn in our jobs. They want to control what type of car you drive. They want more controls on Wall Street. They want, they want! That seems to be the crux of the problem with this administration. They just spend and spend and spend without any thought as to where that money is coming from to pay for this spending spree. We need to revoke their credit cards, lines of credit, etc. We can not afford to pay for all of this out of control outflow of money especially when we have an unemployment rate of at least 10.2% plus all of the people who can not find a job and have just given up looking. It takes working people paying taxes to fund the government.
Everything they have done since taking office has been against the beliefs of our Founding Fathers and the Constitution of the United States. Obama and the rest of the degenerates vowed to UPHOLD AND DEFEND THE CONSTITUTION. It baffles me that they can so easily break those vows.
He along with his buddies in Congress (including Pelosi and Reid) wants to foist this gargantuan healthcare plan on the unsuspecting American people without our input and not only that, they want to ban us from complaining about it. According to Obama, detractors from his plans, policies and ideas should just shut-up, sit down and let them have their way! Well, I don’t shut-up very well, and I hope you don’t either. Do you think that they can bring in this healthcare bill within the budget they are proposing? I personally think it is nearly impossible for this Congress to do anything within budget. I’m a bettin’ that it will cost at least three times what they are predicting. What do you think? I think they are using a lot of creative accounting practices to get the figures to come out the way they want them to.
I was so angry last night – I was watching Fox News, Dick Durbin was grandstanding and complaining on the Senate floor about the TARP bill which was only three pages and passed during the Bush Administration and of course he emphasised what a disaster it was when compared to the healthcare bill which is 2000 plus pages and supposedly so much better because it is an Obama administration bill, but the nincompoop along with 73 other moronic members of the Senate voted Yea on the so called disastrous TARP bill. I was not in favor of the TARP bill and I'm definitely not in favor of the Healthcare Reform bill. Here again the senior citizens are the ones who are supposed to be good sports and just die off so they do not have to treat our medical problems in order that they can provide healthcare for people who do not work, have never worked and do not intend to start working or for people who come across the border illegally and want us to take care of them.
Eric Holder wants to bring five terrorists to New York to put them on trial for the Twin Towers bombings. The majority of the American people prefer that they keep these terrorists in Guantanamo Bay instead of bringing them back into the States among the most populated area in America. Where is the safety in doing that? I encourage Eric Holder to change his mind and let these morons be tried in a Military Tribunal for the safety of America, and because it is the right thing to do.
How do you like all of the misrepresentation of the jobs created and saved by the Obama Administration? It is just another embarrassment that he tries to sweep under the carpet. Every week another 500,000 plus people are losing their jobs and they claim to be creating or saving jobs. What a joke that is. If we can not trust this administration to tell us the truth about the jobs situation, how can we trust them with anything else.
Obama did not want to have an investigation in the Ft. Hood massacre/terrorist attack. He doesn’t want to admit that we can have a terrorist attack while he is in office, and he’s such a weak link in the world arena that he invites the very attacks that he should be prepared to defend America against.
Obama talks out of both sides of his mouth. He will say one thing to the American people, turn around, go overseas and say something else. In Asia he was defending our freedoms, in America, he is telling us to sit down, shut-up and let him and his henchmen do whatever suits them. That kind of sounds like a contradiction to me!
Obama may be personally popular in some arenas, but by the time his term in office is over, he will have destroyed America as we know it, and his job favorability will be in the toilet if it keeps falling at the same pace it is on now. He is the biggest flop this country could have ever voted in (if they did). HEALTHCARE REFORM
Aren’t you just overjoyed that the House of Representatives has passed a healthcare reform bill that forces you to take insurance that the Congress refuses to be covered by? If it is good enough for us, it should be good enough for them. Doesn’t that just make you feel warm and fuzzy all over or does it send cold chills of fright up your spine? Personally, it sends cold chills of fright up my spine. I notice that Pelosi was so interested in winning that she rushed swearing in the representative who was prematurely announced as the winner of NY23. What happens if it is proven that he did not win? I think they should have to revote on that bill and anything else that Owens has been involved in since sworn in. Now this debacle has to pass the hurdle in the Senate. Unfortunately, in my part of the country, I have two senators who are supposed to represent their constituents, but don’t. They cater to these whiny, non-productive, never held a job dirt bags who think that the government owes them a living, but they are allowed to vote. As you can guess, I live in a part of the country where we have a lot of illegal immigrants plus a huge welfare base and these people whine and cry and want the government to continue to take care of them. Some of them have been on welfare for several generations and have no desire to change. They have their babies and we, the working American people, pay for from birth through adulthood and more often than not through death. We feed them, we clothe them, we try to educate them, we pay for their medical care and they think they deserve it. They just keep taking and the bleeding heart liberals just keep right on giving more and more of our hard earned money. Whatever happened to working for what you get? There is nothing in the Constitution of the United States that grants people the right to live off of the government. In fact, THE PEOPLE ARE SUPPOSED TO SUPPORT THE GOVERNMENT, THE GOVERNMENT IS NOT SUPPOSED TO SUPPORT THE PEOPLE! I don’t know when this is going to be addressed by our government officials, but it should be soon.

The Obama administration has spent so much money that every man, woman, and child in this country actually owes $25,000.00 (and that is today’s total) to pay off our debt, and it is only going to get worse. However, according to Obama, he inherited this problem and all the other problems plaguing his administration from Bush. Gosh, Bush had a Democratic congress to contend with so do you really think it is Bush’s problem? I don’t know why he and his administration can’t step up to the plate and admit that they have made a lot of mistakes and believe me, they have made bunch of lulus! Unfortunately, Obama and his administration have done NOTHING, NADA that I agree with since he took office. I think he is an educated idiot with a desire for power that he can’t handle. Everything the Obama economic team has done has been in direct contradiction to the correct course of action to get us out of this financial mess. YOU CAN NOT SPEND YOUR WAY OUT OF DEBT, NOR CAN YOU BORROW YOUR WAY OUT OF A RECESSION! Obama does not listen to these logical pearls of wisdom, but continues to spend spend spend, and you think the healthcare system is in bad shape now, wait until you see what a disaster Obamacare or Pelosicare or Reidcare will turn out to be. Look at the millions of dollars that he wastes every time he climbs on Air Force One. That’s not like a trip to the grocery store. No other president has traveled at our expense as much as Obama. We, the American people, have to tighten our belts in order to put food on the table, keep a roof over our heads, and pay our bills – the least he could do is set a good example and tighten America’s belt to bring down the debt that he has created. Look at all of the pork barrel spending or ear marks in the bills just to appease members of Congress. None of this creates jobs or reduces the American debt. I for one am very disgruntled when I hear about the ridiculous things that the American government spends money on like John Murtha’s airport, or studying some stupid mouse in California or financing organizations such as ACORN. You know what we really need in the White House is a woman who has raised about 10 kids on a budget to turn this financial disaster around. She would understand that when someone comes around with their hand out, that you can not afford to give them everything they want, and you have to say NO to the childish wants of greedy congress people. Obviously Obama, the elitist, does not understand the concept of not spending more than you make.
COME ON AMERICA! MAKE YOUR VOICE HEARD! Call, write, email your congressman daily if necessary. I do and eventually I hope it soaks in or I will work to vote them out. POLITICAL CORRECTNESS
Can you keep up with the new “rules” concerning POLITICAL CORRECTNESS?
We are now headed into the Christmas Season which according to the retailers started before Halloween. We are not supposed to reference CHRISTMAS at all instead according to the POLITICALLY CORRECT, we are supposed to say HAPPY HOLIDAYS! We are not supposed to call people born in Mexico, MEXICANS, we are supposed to call them HISPANICS or LATINOS Y LATINAS, however, it is fine for them to call Caucasians, GRINGOS or any other derogatory name they can come up with. TERRORISM is to be referred to as MAN MADE DISASTER! We have an Islamic American Psychiatrist who is more Islamic than he is American as it turns out. People were having their questions concerning whether he might be dangerous, but everyone was afraid to say anything because of Political Correctness. Now we have 13 murdered loyal Americans and all they can do is waffle on whether it was a terrorist attack or just a heinous crime. We are not to reference GOD and there is nothing referring to GOD allowed in our Court Houses – they have removed THE TEN COMMANDMENTS even though they are exemplary words to live by. People of African descent have gone from being called NEGROS, COLORED and now BLACK or AFRICAN AMERICAN. I personally do not like any term that places ethnic group names before American. If we are born in America or are naturalized American Citizens, we are all American and we should all be treated as Americans. I also resent being asked on surveys if I am African American or of Hispanic descent. I AM OF AMERICAN DESCENT. If we would treat all Americans as Americans and treat them regardless of ethnicity with the respect they deserve or not deserve (whatever the case), we would not have the bitter race relations that we have now. The first thing Obama did when his friend, the Harvard professor, was arrested was to blame the White cop as stupid. Those are the types of things that keep the race card stirred up. I did not vote for Obama, I do not like Obama, but it has nothing to do with the color of his skin. It has to do with the fact that he is a greedy moron who knows nothing about what he is doing. His short time in the Illinois senate and the U.S. senate did not give him any training whatsoever for the job he has undertaken. He is what I call a professional BSer. You can not vote PRESENT most of the time and know what you are doing or be able to make a decision. He is fast going down as the worst President in the History of America even surpassing Jimmy Carter and Richared Nixon and I really thought that would take some doing, but Obama is sliding down that slippery slope at record speeds. Obama’s only claim to fame, in my estimation, is his supposed ability to BS the world, but they are quickly learning that he has nothing to back up the BS. Personally I turn the television off when he speaks mainly because I think I see him for what he is – an incompetent fraud. He uses the same speeches time after time as if it is the first time he has ever uttered those infamous words, he tries to destroy anyone who disagrees with him, and he forgets that he works for US! Yes he works for us, we do not work for him – but he does not listen to us and apparently it is not politically correct to let him know we disapprove of his actions and attitude.

HEALTHCARE DEBACLE
I must voice my opinion regarding the healthcare plan passed in the House of Representatives. I can not believe how absolutely absurd parts of this plan are proving to be.
One item that strikes me as so stupid that it could have only been thought up by Nancy Pelosi is the one about purchasing a $15,000.00 insurance policy and if you do not purchase it, the government will fine you, and if you do not pay for the insurance and the fine, they will incarcerate (put you in jail) you for up to 5 years. Then guess who will pay for your medical care! Of course, the American people will pay for it as we do all prisoners.
A lot of working folks barely take home $15,000.00 a year – how do they pay for housing, food, utilities, vehicle or transportation to and from their jobs, vehicle insurance, medical co-pays, medication along with any incidentals which come up and need to be paid for.
The fact that they are proposing to incarcerate people for not purchasing a policy. This strikes me as one of the most stupid things that has ever come out of the Congress. It seems to me that this is definitely a violation of the Constitution since there is nothing in the Constitution about forcing people to buy anything. States are going broke one right after another, they are releasing violent criminals because they can not afford to keep them in the prisons, but they are proposing jailing non violent people because they will not or can not purchase this crappy health care plan. I’m beginning to think that the people who need to be incarcerated are the left-wing nuts in the Congress. Pelosi and Company are so impressed by their power that they violate the Constitution at will and they think WE THE PEOPLE are just suppose to sit back and take it!
The Nancy Pelosis of America do not mind paying for medical care for those poor unfortunates that cross the borders illegally (which makes them a criminal the minute they cross the border), but when it comes to paying for medical care for an American citizen who is very ill and unable to work, they balk! Unfortunately, this American citizen has an Anglo name, had been a truck driver, and then became ill. This is probably just one person out of many who are having the same type of problem.
Illegal immigrants come to America, some are criminals (the border states prisons are full of illegal immigrants), some come to America to have their babies so the babies will be American citizens, some are drug dealers, some work and send the bulk of their pay back to Mexico, some get sick, shot or need medical attention and come to America illegally and go to our hospitals – we the American people pay for the medical attention because we never turn anyone away (except Anglos with medical problems).
I have tried to read this plan, but it is written in legalese with reference to this bill and that bill throughout and unless you have all of reference material in front of you, it makes it impossible to understand, and with more than 2000 pages, the Congress does not want us to understand it. We would be really up in arms if we knew everything that was in it. I am up in arms because I don’t know what is in it.
My representative turned out to be a Pelosi Lap Dog Democrat rather than the Blue Dog Democrat that he proclaimed to be.
The Obama Administration keeps telling us that they will pay for a lot of the Medicare and Medicaid charges by eliminating the fraud in the Medicare and Medicaid billings. Medicare and Medicaid fraud has been a problem for a long long time so why is it that they have to have a written bill to attack the problem. This is a problem that should be investigated and stopped and the perpetrators of this fraud when proven guilty should have all of their assets seized and those assets should become the property of the Medicare and Medicaid programs. When the Government solves this problem, then we can talk about other changes to health insurance.
I just cannot understand why the Government thinks that the best way to solve the problems in the insurance industry is to totally rewrite the entire system. There are simple things that can be done initially that would correct some of the problems such as:
TORT REFORM
INVESTIGATING AND ELIMINATING FRAUD IN MEDICARE AND MEDICAID
ALLOWING HEALTH INSURANCE TO BE SOLD ACROSS STATE LINES
ELIMINATING PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONS FROM INSURANCE POLICIES
SPEAK WITH DOCTORS AND INSURANCE COMPANIES TO SEE WHAT OTHER ISSUES NEED TO BE ADDRESSED
Slow down – the old adage “HASTE MAKES WASTE” is true and it certainly shows in the way the Government does things. There is rampant waste and corruption (in my opinion) in everything the Government touches. We have all seen the lies coming from this administration from Obama, Pelosi, Reid, and numerous other members of the Senate and the House of Representatives. We have also witnessed the Rock Star status that Obama thinks he is entitled to. Then Barbara Boxer thinks she is not a ma’am – she’s a Senator and wishes to be addressed as such. Well, LA TI DA! Personally, I would like to see her addressed as Ex-Senator! I would like to see most of the current senators and representatives replaced in the coming elections. I also think there are several members of the Congress who should actually be charged with criminal activity and when proven guilty should be incarcerated. At the very least they have taken undo advantage of the American people because of their congressional status. The elitist attitude of these morons needs to be stopped. THEY WORK FOR US not the other way around. Every American citizen is their boss and I hope that we do not forget that on Election Day 2010. We need to replace everyone who is up for re-election then and bring a balance of power back into power.
I’m not saying that we should have all Democrats or all Republicans or all Independents in office. Actually, we should have a balance of power in order to prevent all of this stupidity in Congress with run-away partisan voting without discussion, and the locking out of one party or the other as we have witnessed during this healthcare debacle.
I personally will be voting against Pelosi’s LAP DOG DEMOCRAT in my district along with the moronic appointee who will be up for election also, and I will be working to see that neither gets re-instated.
It baffles me to understand why some of these egotistical morons keep getting elected. They must either have a line of BS at home or their constituents do not pay attention to what they are doing while they are in office.

I have tried to read this plan, but it is written in legalese with reference to this bill and that bill throughout and unless you have all of reference material in front of you, it makes it impossible to understand, and with more than 2000 pages, the Congress does not want us to understand it. We would be really up in arms if we knew everything that was in it. I am up in arms because I don’t know what is in it.
My representative turned out to be a Pelosi Lap Dog Democrat rather than the Blue Dog Democrat that he proclaimed to be.
The Obama Administration keeps telling us that they will pay for a lot of the Medicare and Medicaid charges by eliminating the fraud in the Medicare and Medicaid billings. Medicare and Medicaid fraud has been a problem for a long long time so why is it that they have to have a written bill to attack the problem. This is a problem that should be investigated and stopped and the perpetrators of this fraud when proven guilty should have all of their assets seized and those assets should become the property of the Medicare and Medicaid programs. When the Government solves this problem, then we can talk about other changes to health insurance.
I just cannot understand why the Government thinks that the best way to solve the problems in the insurance industry is to totally rewrite the entire system. There are simple things that can be done initially that would correct some of the problems such as:
TORT REFORM
INVESTIGATING AND ELIMINATING FRAUD IN MEDICARE AND MEDICAID
ALLOWING HEALTH INSURANCE TO BE SOLD ACROSS STATE LINES
ELIMINATING PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONS FROM INSURANCE POLICIES
SPEAK WITH DOCTORS AND INSURANCE COMPANIES TO SEE WHAT OTHER ISSUES NEED TO BE ADDRESSED
Slow down – the old adage “HASTE MAKES WASTE” is true and it certainly shows in the way the Government does things. There is rampant waste and corruption (in my opinion) in everything the Government touches. We have all seen the lies coming from this administration from Obama, Pelosi, Reid, and numerous other members of the Senate and the House of Representatives. We have also witnessed the Rock Star status that Obama thinks he is entitled to. Then Barbara Boxer thinks she is not a ma’am – she’s a Senator and wishes to be addressed as such. Well, LA TI DA! Personally, I would like to see her addressed as Ex-Senator! I would like to see most of the current senators and representatives replaced in the coming elections. I also think there are several members of the Congress who should actually be charged with criminal activity and when proven guilty should be incarcerated. At the very least they have taken undo advantage of the American people because of their congressional status. The elitist attitude of these morons needs to be stopped. THEY WORK FOR US not the other way around. Every American citizen is their boss and I hope that we do not forget that on Election Day 2010. We need to replace everyone who is up for re-election then and bring a balance of power back into power.
I’m not saying that we should have all Democrats or all Republicans or all Independents in office. Actually, we should have a balance of power in order to prevent all of this stupidity in Congress with run-away partisan voting without discussion, and the locking out of one party or the other as we have witnessed during this healthcare debacle.
I personally will be voting against Pelosi’s LAP DOG DEMOCRAT in my district along with the moronic appointee who will be up for election also, and I will be working to see that neither gets re-instated.
It baffles me to understand why some of these egotistical morons keep getting elected. They must either have a line of BS at home or their constituents do not pay attention to what they are doing while they are in office.
COME ON FOLKS, WE ARE LOSING OUR FREEDOMS BY ALLOWING THESE PEOPLE (that people part is questionable) TO STAY IN OFFICE. PRAY FOR GUIDANCE AND VOTE THEM OUT. Our forefathers are probably turning over in the graves at the injustice they are witnessing to the CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES, THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE, AND THE BILL OF RIGHTS that they so carefully constructed.

AARP
Is AARP really looking out for you? I don’t think so! They have made a decision to support the Healthcare Plan, but they did not ask the members for their opinion. Then it comes out that the Director of AARP had given a lot of money to the OBAMA campaign. Granted the Director has the freedom to decide who he supports, but that does not give him or the organization the right to use the membership of AARP to show support for OBAMA or anyone else without the memberships okay. If this is the way they look after their membership, I prefer to be on my own. They are only after the dollars that AARP members bring in to them through memberships, healthcare, auto insurance, credit cards, etc.
I cancelled my membership in AARP along with my auto insurance through them and my AARP credit card as I want nothing in my possession that gives any indication that I might be in support of their decisions. I never did have any of their healthcare plans as I am not a fan of United Health Care nor are my doctors. When I started looking for senior healthcare, I talked with my doctors to see which healthcare plans treated them the best and gave them fewer headaches in treating their patients. Unfortunately since health insurance is not available across state lines and also varies from county to county, it is difficult to recommend any companies for other people.
The best way to show you are unhappy with this organization is to cancel your membership and any of the organizations that are a part of AARP. If and when you decide to cancel your membership, be sure to ask for a refund of your dues!

WE THE PEOPLE
Well, the SLEEZEBALLS did it again! It does not matter to the Democrats that the majority of the citizens have voiced their opinion and said a resounding “NO” to the healthcare plan. It has become apparent to me that the majority of the democrats in the House of Representatives are nothing but a bunch of Pelosi Lap Dog Democrats. Pelosi promised to have the Healthcare Reform bill online for 72 hours before the vote – was it there? No! Again Pelosi has lied to everyone! “LIAR LIAR PANTS ON FIRE!” Pelosi and Obama must have the same lack of truth genes in their DNA as they seem to promise things that they do not follow up with. Obama promised to line item veto all of the Pork in the bills – that was a lie also.
Not only have they lied to us, they do not listen to us, to the doctors, or to anyone else. I for one have cancelled my membership with AARP and I urge everyone else to do the same. I will not allow them to use me as a part of their membership who wants this travesty in our lives. I do not want them to think that I will allow them to make these kinds of decisions for me. They do not even have the integrity to ask their membership what they think. They just make the decision to kiss up to Obama. When you think of the AMA, please remember that less than 29% of the doctors in the United States are members of this organization, and 45% of all of the doctors say they will quit being doctors if this moronic bill is allowed to pass, and 65% of the doctors say they are unhappy with this bill.
If you notice that every time Pelosi does something, it is in the dark of night, behind closed doors, and in a sneaky fashion. She reminds me of a snake slithering around to do her dirty work. There is no way on earth that she has the best interest of the American people on her agenda. She is a power hungry dictator who is trying to force America into a Socialist government. If you like your freedoms, it is time to start campaigning to replace these left wing nuts with some conservative, economically conscience people who will defend the Constitution of the United States, bring down the debt, lower taxes, and do what is best for the people.
It seems like there is always a time when we have to fight to keep the freedoms that are outlined in the Constitution of the United States and it seems like that time may be coming again in the all too near future. I have seen more political dissention since the 2008 election than I have ever witnessed in my 66 years of life. I see more racial division, more economic strife, more indecision, less patriotism, more blatant animosity towards the constituents and less representation by the politicians, and more out and out lying in this administration. Every decision that is made is the total opposite of what should be made. There is no common sense to be found by the majority of this administration.
Come on Folks – it is time for us to show our backbone and quit letting Pelosi and Company push us around. Make sure you are registered to vote, join in make calls, write letters, emails, go to town hall meetings, tea parties, talk to friends, neighbors and spread the word. It is up to us to take our country back and revel in our freedoms! We deserve better than what we have now!

The fact is I no longer feel any political party or representative in Washington represents my views or works to pursue the issues important to me. Instead, we are burdened with Congressional Dukes and Duchesses who think they know better than the citizens they are supposed to represent.
There must be someone. Please tell me who you are. Please stand up and tell me that you are there and that you're willing to fight for our Constitution as it was written. Please stand up now.
You might ask yourself what my views and issues are that I would feel so horribly disenfranchised by both major political parties. What kind of nut-job am I? Well, these briefly are the views and issues for which I seek representation:
One, illegal immigration. I want you to stop coddling illegal immigrants and secure our borders. Close the underground tunnels. Stop the violence and the trafficking in drugs and people. No amnesty, not again. Been there, done that, no resolution. P.S., I'm not a racist. This is not to be confused with legal immigration....
Two, the STIMULUS bill. I want it repealed and I want no further funding supplied to it. We told you No, but you did it anyway. I want the remaining unfunded 95% repealed. Freeze, repeal.
Three: Czars. I want the circumvention of our constitutional checks and balances stopped immediately. Fire the czars. No more czars. Government officials answer to the process, not to the president. Stop trampling on our Constitution, and honor it.
Four, cap and trade. The debate on global warming is not over. There are many conflicting opinions and it is too soon for this radical legislation. Quit throwing our nation into politically-correct quicksand.
Five, universal healthcare. I will not be rushed into another expensive decision that will burden me, my children, and grandchildren. Don't you dare try to pass this in the middle of the night without even reading it. Slow down! Fix only what is broken -- we have the best health care system in the world -- and test any new program in one or two states first.
Six, growing government control. I want states rights and sovereignty fully restored. I want less government in my life, not more. More is not better! Shrink it down. Mind your own business. You have enough to take care of with your real [Constitutional] obligations. Why don't you start there..
Seven, ACORN. I do not want ACORN and its affiliates in charge of our 2010 census. I want them investigated. I also do not want mandatory escrow fees contributed to them every time on every real estate deal that closes -- how did they pull that one off? Stop the funding to ACORN and its affiliates pending impartial audits and investigations. I do not trust them with taking the census with our taxpayer money. I don't trust them with any of our taxpayer money. Face up to the allegations against them and get it resolved before taxpayers get any more involved with them. If it walks like a duck and talks like a duck, hello. Stop protecting your political buddies. You work for us, the people. Investigate.
Eight, redistribution of wealth. No, no, no. I work for my money. It is mine. I have always worked for people with more money than I have because they gave me jobs -- and that is the only redistribution of wealth that I will support. I never got a job from a poor person! Why do you want me to hate my employers? And what do you have against shareholders making a profit?
Nine, charitable contributions. Although I never got a job from a poor person, I have helped many in need. Charity belongs in our local communities, where we know our needs best and can use our local talent and our local resources. Butt out, please. We want to do it ourselves.
Ten, corporate bailouts. Knock it off. Every company must sink or swim like the rest of us. If there are hard times ahead, we'll be better off just getting into it and letting the strong survive. Quick and painful. (Have you ever ripped off a Band-Aid?) We will pull together. Great things happen in America under great hardship. Give us the chance to innovate. We cannot disappoint you more than you have disappointed us.
Eleven, transparency and accountability... How about it? No, really, how about it? Let's have it. Let's say we give the buzzwords a rest and have some straight honest talk. Please stop trying to manipulate and appease me with clever wording. I am not the idiot you obviously take me for. Stop sneaking around and meeting in back rooms making deals with your friends.. It will only be a prelude to your criminal investigation. Stop hiding things from me.
Twelve, unprecedented quick spending. Stop it now.
Take a breath. Listen to the people. Slow down and get some input from nonpoliticians and experts on the subject. Stop making everything an emergency. Stop speed-reading our bills into law. I am not an activist. I am not a community organizer. Nor am I a terrorist, a militant or a violent person. I am a parent and a grandparent.. I work. I'm busy. I am busy, and I am tired. I thought we elected competent people to take care of the business of government so that we could work, raise our families, pay our bills, have a little recreation, complain about taxes, endure our hardships, pursue our personal goals, cut our lawn, wash our cars on the weekends and be responsible contributing members of society and teach our children to be the same all while living in the home of the free and land of the brave.
I entrusted you with upholding the Constitution. I believed in the checks and balances to keep from getting far off course. What happened? You are very far off course. Do you really think I find humor in the hiring of a speed reader to unintelligently ramble all through a bill that you signed into law without knowing what it contained? I do not.
It is a mockery of the responsibility I have entrusted to you. It is a slap in the face. I am not laughing at your arrogance. Why is it that I feel as if you would not trust me to make a single decision about my own life and how I would live it but you should expect that I should trust you with the debt that you have laid on all of us and our children. We did not want the TARP bill. We said no. We would repeal it if we could. I am sure that we still cannot. There is needless urgency and recklessness in all of your recent spending of our tax dollars.
From my perspective, it seems that all of you have gone insane. I also know that I am far from alone in these feelings. Do you honestly feel that your current pursuits have merit to patriotic Americans? We want it to stop. We want to put the brakes on everything that is being rushed by us and forced upon us. We want our voice back. You have forced us to put our lives on hold to straighten out the mess that you are making. We will have to give up our vacations, our time spent with our children, any relaxation time we may have had and money we cannot afford to spend on bringing our concerns to Washington . Our president often knows all the right buzzwords like unsustainable. Well, no kidding. How many tens of thousands of dollars did the focus group cost to come up with that word? We don't want your overpriced words. Stop treating us like we're morons.
We want all of you to stop focusing on your reelection and do the job we want done, not the job you want done or the job your party wants done. You work for us and at this rate I guarantee you not for long because we are coming. We will be heard and we will be represented.. You think we're so busy with our lives that we will never come for you? We are the formerly silent majority, all of us who quietly work, pay taxes, obey the law, vote, save money, keep our noses to the grindstone...... and we are now looking at you.
You have awakened us, the patriotic freedom spirit so strong and so powerful that it had been sleeping too long. You have pushed us too far. Our numbers are great. They may surprise you. For every one of us who will be there, there will be hundreds more that could not come. Unlike you, we have their trust. We will represent them honestly, rest assured. No amnesty, not again. Been there, done that, no resolution. P.S., I'm not a racist. This is not to be confused with legal immigration....
Two, the STIMULUS bill. I want it repealed and I want no further funding supplied to it. We told you No, but you did it anyway. I want the remaining unfunded 95% repealed. Freeze, repeal.
Three: Czars. I want the circumvention of our constitutional checks and balances stopped immediately. Fire the czars. No more czars. Government officials answer to the process, not to the president. Stop trampling on our Constitution, and honor it.
Four, cap and trade. The debate on global warming is not over. There are many conflicting opinions and it is too soon for this radical legislation. Quit throwing our nation into politically-correct quicksand.
Five, universal healthcare. I will not be rushed into another expensive decision that will burden me, my children, and grandchildren. Don't you dare try to pass this in the middle of the night without even reading it. Slow down! Fix only what is broken -- we have the best health care system in the world -- and test any new program in one or two states first.
Six, growing government control. I want states rights and sovereignty fully restored. I want less government in my life, not more. More is not better! Shrink it down. Mind your own business. You have enough to take care of with your real [Constitutional] obligations. Why don't you start there..
Seven, ACORN. I do not want ACORN and its affiliates in charge of our 2010 census. I want them investigated. I also do not want mandatory escrow fees contributed to them every time on every real estate deal that closes -- how did they pull that one off? Stop the funding to ACORN and its affiliates pending impartial audits and investigations. I do not trust them with taking the census with our taxpayer money. I don't trust them with any of our taxpayer money. Face up to the allegations against them and get it resolved before taxpayers get any more involved with them. If it walks like a duck and talks like a duck, hello. Stop protecting your political buddies. You work for us, the people. Investigate.
Eight, redistribution of wealth. No, no, no. I work for my money. It is mine. I have always worked for people with more money than I have because they gave me jobs -- and that is the only redistribution of wealth that I will support. I never got a job from a poor person! Why do you want me to hate my employers? And what do you have against shareholders making a profit?
Nine, charitable contributions. Although I never got a job from a poor person, I have helped many in need. Charity belongs in our local communities, where we know our needs best and can use our local talent and our local resources. Butt out, please. We want to do it ourselves.
Ten, corporate bailouts. Knock it off. Every company must sink or swim like the rest of us. If there are hard times ahead, we'll be better off just getting into it and letting the strong survive. Quick and painful. (Have you ever ripped off a Band-Aid?) We will pull together. Great things happen in America under great hardship. Give us the chance to innovate. We cannot disappoint you more than you have disappointed us.
Eleven, transparency and accountability... How about it? No, really, how about it? Let's have it. Let's say we give the buzzwords a rest and have some straight honest talk. Please stop trying to manipulate and appease me with clever wording. I am not the idiot you obviously take me for. Stop sneaking around and meeting in back rooms making deals with your friends.. It will only be a prelude to your criminal investigation. Stop hiding things from me.
Twelve, unprecedented quick spending. Stop it now.
Take a breath. Listen to the people. Slow down and get some input from nonpoliticians and experts on the subject. Stop making everything an emergency. Stop speed-reading our bills into law. I am not an activist. I am not a community organizer. Nor am I a terrorist, a militant or a violent person. I am a parent and a grandparent.. I work. I'm busy. I am busy, and I am tired. I thought we elected competent people to take care of the business of government so that we could work, raise our families, pay our bills, have a little recreation, complain about taxes, endure our hardships, pursue our personal goals, cut our lawn, wash our cars on the weekends and be responsible contributing members of society and teach our children to be the same all while living in the home of the free and land of the brave.
I entrusted you with upholding the Constitution. I believed in the checks and balances to keep from getting far off course. What happened? You are very far off course. Do you really think I find humor in the hiring of a speed reader to unintelligently ramble all through a bill that you signed into law without knowing what it contained? I do not.
It is a mockery of the responsibility I have entrusted to you. It is a slap in the face. I am not laughing at your arrogance. Why is it that I feel as if you would not trust me to make a single decision about my own life and how I would live it but you should expect that I should trust you with the debt that you have laid on all of us and our children. We did not want the TARP bill. We said no. We would repeal it if we could. I am sure that we still cannot. There is needless urgency and recklessness in all of your recent spending of our tax dollars.
From my perspective, it seems that all of you have gone insane. I also know that I am far from alone in these feelings. Do you honestly feel that your current pursuits have merit to patriotic Americans? We want it to stop. We want to put the brakes on everything that is being rushed by us and forced upon us. We want our voice back. You have forced us to put our lives on hold to straighten out the mess that you are making. We will have to give up our vacations, our time spent with our children, any relaxation time we may have had and money we cannot afford to spend on bringing our concerns to Washington . Our president often knows all the right buzzwords like unsustainable. Well, no kidding. How many tens of thousands of dollars did the focus group cost to come up with that word? We don't want your overpriced words. Stop treating us like we're morons.
We want all of you to stop focusing on your reelection and do the job we want done, not the job you want done or the job your party wants done. You work for us and at this rate I guarantee you not for long because we are coming. We will be heard and we will be represented.. You think we're so busy with our lives that we will never come for you? We are the formerly silent majority, all of us who quietly work, pay taxes, obey the law, vote, save money, keep our noses to the grindstone...... and we are now looking at you.
You have awakened us, the patriotic freedom spirit so strong and so powerful that it had been sleeping too long. You have pushed us too far. Our numbers are great. They may surprise you. For every one of us who will be there, there will be hundreds more that could not come. Unlike you, we have their trust. We will represent them honestly, rest assured. They will be at the polls on voting day to usher you out of office.
We have cancelled vacations. We will use our last few dollars saved. We will find the representation among us and a grassroots campaign will flourish... We didn't ask for this fight. But the gloves are coming off. We do not come in violence, but we are angry. You will represent us or you will be replaced with someone who will. There are candidates among us who will rise like a Phoenix from the ashes that you have made of our constitution..
Democrat, Republican, independent, libertarian. Understand this. We don't care... Political parties are meaningless to us Patriotic Americans are willing to do right by us and our Constitution, and that is all that matters to us now. We are going to fire all of you who abuse power and seek more. It is not your power. It is ours and we want it back. We entrusted you with it and you abused it. You are dishonorable. You are dishonest. As Americans we are ashamed of you. You have brought shame to us. If you are not representing the wants and needs of your constituency loudly and consistently, in spite of the objections of your party, you will be fired. Did you hear? We no longer care about your political parties. You need to be loyal to us, not to them.. Because we will get you fired and they will not save you.
If you do or can represent me, my issues, my views, please stand up. Make your identity known. You need to make some noise about it. Speak up. I need to know who you are. If you do not speak up, you will be herded out with the rest of the sheep and we will replace the whole damn congress if need be one by one. We are coming. Are we coming for you? Who do you represent? What do you represent? Listen. Because we are coming. We the people are coming."

AMERICAN FREEDOMS
As I awoke this morning about 4:30 am MST, I took my dog out so she could do all of the things dogs do first thing in the morning and I was thinking about how isolated I am from all of the troubles that are plaguing our Nation. I live in a rural area where I am unable to see my neighbor’s homes from the front of my house. I love listening to the breezes coming through the cedars, the lowing of the cattle in the pastures, the roosters crowing, the horses nickering, the coyotes singing, the stars so vivid in the sky that you can see millions more than if you are in an area with street lights, house lights, etc. along with the various shapes of the moon, the clouds, the beautiful sunrises and the peace of the early mornings. I’m sure this is what GOD has wanted for his people through out our lives.
Unfortunately reality strikes and we are back to a congress that does not respect the wishes of the American people. It just baffles me to watch them take a perfectly simple solution to a problem and make it so difficult. Take the healthcare reform plan that is being called Pelosicare, part of the bill says a family will have to pay $15,000.00 for the plan or go to jail for 5 years. Now that really makes sense, doesn’t it? They are releasing prisoners early because the states are in financial trouble and a lot of those prisoners are murderers, sexual perverts, and other various violent predators, but someone who does not buy insurance is not a violent predator, but just because they either cannot afford to buy insurance or they exercise their freedom not to buy insurance, they are to be thrown in prison. The irony of this is that the government would then have to provide health care for the prisoner. Stupid stupid stupid!
Every United States Citizen is an employer. We are the bosses of the President, the House of Representatives, and the Senate. They forget that fact and they think that we as Americans are too stupid to know what is good for us. We need to remind them that we know what is best for us, and they are just there to do the voting.
Then we have the CAP AND TRADE which is going to increase the cost of our utility bills by several hundred or several thousand dollars a year. Guess what that is going to do when people apply for LEAP (Low income energy assistance program) – keeping in mind that the government pays for the heating and lights for these people. When the United States is the only country trying to reduce CO2 in the air, again it will not work. All of our manufacturing jobs will be outsourced to foreign countries because American manufacturing companies will not be able to pay the added cost of utilities and the foreign countries won’t care how they pollute the air. Think of all of the jobs we will lose if the CAP AND TRADE bill passes. As if unemployment isn't high enough at 10.2%. Believe me, it will climb even higher if CAP AND TRADE passes as it probably will with the HEALTHCARE REFORM Plan.
The government is trying to get us to quit eating meat also. Well, I for one like meat. I also want to keep all of the animals on our planet - I really like seeing all of the cattle and horses in the pastures close to my home. They give me a sense of peace and I know that there is a GOD because someone had to create these magnificient animals along with the beautiful mountains that I see from my home.
The government is trying to control all aspects of our lives – from what we eat, drink, drive, pay for our work, insurance we purchase, etc. They screw things up and we, the American people, pay for it not only monetarily, but by the laws they pass and we just sit back and let them keep right on taking over our lives. They are violating the Constitution of the United States, and we do nothing to stop them. We need to start challenging their decisions and then starting in November, 2010 voting them out of office, and at the first sign of them not doing as we wish, we need to vote them out of office. We are the ones in charge of term limits, and I guarantee, we need to exercise those rights. There are many many members of the House of Representatives and the Senate who have been in office WAY TOO LONG. Let’s start with people like Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, Barney Frank, Chris Dodd, Steny Hoyer, Charles Rangel, Alan Grayson, Maxine Waters, Barbara Boxer, and any of the others in office who wish to destroy the American freedoms to which we are entitled.
I for one am not in favor of become a Socialist nation, are you?

OUR FREEDOMS
As I sit here and watch Washington D.C. spend us into oblivion while they try to take away our freedoms, as they try to spread the wealth to people who have not earned it, and attempt to take from the rich to give to the poor. People that is not going to happen, the rich will fight that tooth and toenail, and I can’t blame them. If I were rich, I would too. You know I came into this world with nothing more than my mother and father, and when I leave this world, I will leave it with nothing but the love of my remaining family to meet the ones who have gone before me. I will not need any worldly riches to take with me. I count myself fortunate even though it is not in monetary or material riches. I am married to a man who loves me, I have a son who even though he is an adult is the light of my life, I have six step-children all grown, between our seven children, they have produced 17 grandchildren who have continued the trend and produced 20 great grandchildren. I have a roof over my head, food enough on the table, money enough to pay my bills, and peace of mind - so what more does a body need?
Well, we need the freedom to get an education that allows us to earn our way in this life – yes I said earn our way in this life and not have to rely on someone else to earn our way for us. If we have a baby, that baby is the responsibility of its parents not the responsibility of the taxpaying Americans.
We need the freedom to worship and honor GOD in the church, synagogue, mosque or in the manner of our choice. We need the freedom to display our love of GOD and Country in a manner which befits our love, respect, and honor of these entities.
We need the freedom to defend our homes, our families, and our country which is where the 2nd Amendment comes in. Guns do not kill – if you lay it on the table and just look at it, it does nothing – it does not go off unless it is in the hands of someone who pulls the trigger. People who pull the trigger of a gun indiscriminately are murderers, but if you take the guns away from the law abiding citizens, the only ones who will have guns will be the criminals and murderers.
We need the freedom to be able to speak our minds and tell our politicians how we feel. I do not think we have the right to lie about our politicians, or they about their constituents, their opponents, their vows or anyone else on the planet. Unfortunately too many of the people responsible for the affairs of our Nation take creative license with the truth and what is best for America. Unfortunately some of our politicians do not believe that we should have the right to voice those opinions and they become down right belligerent when anyone disagrees with them. They seem to forget that they work for us!
The Constitution of the United States outlines all of the freedoms that Americans should have, but Americans we need to be careful – the Congress is always trying to take our freedoms away from us. Anything not outlined in the Constitution is to be addressed by the States. Somehow our Congress seems to forget that.
Americans, Please do not let your congress men and women take your freedoms away. Contact them by phone, email, snail mail, in person at their local offices or any other manner in which you can get your point across. Do not be shy, and please do not expect someone else to take on all of the responsibility of stopping the carnage. Remember it is your freedoms as well as mine that are being affected.

LOVE OF GOD AND COUNTRY
I, for one, am getting sick and tired of the FLAG BASHING and the GOD BASHING in America. I believe in the United States of America, and I truly love the Flag and I am a believer in GOD. If you are a non-believer in either – you are the one with the problem, but don’t try to push your problem off onto me! I am also extremely disgruntled at the POLITICAL CORRECTNESS that says we are to hide both! People are free to believe in what they want, but DO NOT TRY TO STIFLE MY BELIEFS OR MY DISPLAYING MY BELIEFS. If you do not wish to say the PLEDGE OF ALLEGIENCE – again that is your problem – or if you do not want to sing the STAR SPANGLED BANNER or PUT YOUR HAND OVER YOUR HEART – you have the option of not doing so, but you might pause and remember all of the men and women who have served in the military to insure that America is free. Personally, I love both the STAR SPANGLED BANNER and the PLEDGE OF ALLEGIENCE and they both move me to tears. I also love THE LORD’S PRAYER, GOD BLESS AMERICA, and gospel music.
LOVE OF GOD AND COUNTRY should be the cornerstone of our lives instead when a young man displays his love for GOD and COUNTRY, he is fired from his job because a few people complain. Instead of firing him, they should be taking a lesson from him and handing out GOD AND COUNTRY pins to all employees who wish to wear them. Firing this young man may have some adverse financial repercussions for Home Depot as a lot of people who LOVE GOD AND COUNTRY may choose to do their shopping elsewhere. I know I will.
The United States of America was founded by our forefathers using prayers and common sense to construct the CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES. Instead of teaching our children in school about the process of forming the United States of America – they have rewritten the books to take GOD out of all of the textbooks and changed the whole process that was used to form our Nation into something unrecognizable. Why do you think our young people have no respect for anyone or anything and are becoming more and more violent? Our children are never spanked, never told no, not taught about God and if they want something that someone else has, they just take it. Gosh that almost sounds like our Government, doesn’t it?
Whether you believe in GOD or not, THE TEN COMMANDMENTS is a good guideline for your life along with “DO UNTO OTHERS AS YOU WISH OTHERS TO DO UNTO YOU”.
If you do not believe in these principles and think you would be happier somewhere else, there is a plane or a ship leaving daily – just get you a ticket and take off. I don’t think we will miss you and if you want you can take Obama with you – I don’t think we will miss him either.

THE DO NOTHING ADMINISTRATION
Can you think of one good reason why you, Obama, should stay in the White House and do something such as:
Figure out why jobs are continuing to be eliminated. The fewer people working, the fewer tax dollars that are collected along with Social Security and Medicare.
Taxes should be lowered so that employers can hire more people rather than lay people off.
Make a decision on sending more troops to Afghanistan. Either send more troops to Afghanistan so we might win or bring the troops home that are already there. GOD, just make a decision! Yes, I am praying. No I am not calling you “GOD”.
Read the bills that are coming from the Senate and the House, do line item vetoes as promised during the campaign that you have not used as of this date.
However, you still act like you are in campaign mode. I see absolutely no productivity from this administration. I see a dictatorship in the making from Emanuel, Obama and right on down the line through the Czar pool.
Figure out how to save money (park the planes and that would save quite a bit).
The rest of America is trying to decide if they should buy medicine or groceries and you are frivolously wasting our money. Since we have to tighten our belts, the least you could do would be to tighten America’s belt also.
Quit blaming the BUSH ADMINISTRATION for all of the problems in your administration. The only thing you inherited was the TARP bill and yes that was a huge mistake and it was handled badly – it should never have been passed, but you voted for it so I don’t see where you have a gripe. It’s all your baby now, and I understand that you don’t know what you are doing so it is easier to blame someone else, but I along with millions of other people are getting really tired of listening to you complain. You chose to become President so suck it up and start doing your job. If you can’t do your job, resign – we’ll find someone more capable to handle the hard stuff. You will notice that I said “START” doing your job – that is because you have done nothing to be proud of as of this date. Every damn day you take AirForce One out and go to a Town Hall meeting or a campaign function for some other worthless damn Democrat so you can continue to ruin our Country. You are a whiney butt who can’t stand to have people or organizations disagree with you.

You also need to remember that there are a lot more people in this here United States of America than Union Members, Lawyers, and people who bow down and kiss your ass. WHITE HOUSE DERELICTION OF DUTY
Do you ever have thoughts that the White House has their priorities all screwed up? They push healthcare that we don’t want like it is on a run-a-way train with no stop in sight. They side-step the request for additional troops in Afghanistan like we have all of the time in the world. Do you think we have all of the time in the world to decide to either send more troops or bring our troops home? I don’t. I would like to see the troops who are in harm’s way have enough troops to do the job that they have been assigned. I think it is a dereliction of duty to keep from making a decision. Do you get tired of hearing that everything that happens is "BUSH'S FAULT"? I think it now Obama's turn to step up to the plate and accept responsibility for the events as they are unfolding, don't you? The campaign trail seems to be the most important item on the agenda at the present time – and guess who pays for all of this campaigning? We, the lambs they are leading to the slaughter are the payers. Do you think the White House is okaying too many expenditures that are not helping the American people as a whole? Do you think that pork barrel spending is out of control? I wonder what happened to going down every bill line by line and vetoing all of the pork? Do you think Obama spends too much time on OUR airplane and in front of the TV giving the same ole’ tired speeches time after time except on Fox News? He seems to have a real problem that Fox News seems to tell the truth about his agenda and he thinks that is un-American – he would much rather have them pick and choose the stories, but only if they portray him as the world’s best leader instead of the do-nothing, incompetent, dictatorial socialist that he really is. Do you believe that if the Pay Czar was going to dictate salaries for the bailed out organizations, they should have had that in a written agreement prior to giving any organization any money? Personally, I believe we live in a capitalistic society and that there should have been no bailouts for any organization. Any organization needing billions upon billions of our dollars should have been allowed to let the survival of the fittest rule. Do you believe that Obama knew nothing about the fact that ACORN was getting millions upon millions of Americans tax dollars and was screwing us in the process? I don’t, but then I am one person who is very suspicious of this administration. If you have watched Obama during his campaign and since his election – when he has acquaintances with very radical views who supported him in his election and when those acquaintances are brought to the fore, he drops them like a hot potato. Look at his pastor – Jeremiah Wright, then there is Bill Ayers, and numerous other discarded associates and friends whom he would rather we did not know about. Would you want him as your friend? I think I’ll pass on that prospect. I don’t think I want to lower my standards that far.
There are more of us than there are of them, we need to vote them out of office starting November, 2010 – in the meantime, we need to bombard them with letters, e-mails, phone calls, faxes and personal confrontations with our concerns, wishes, edicts, recommendations, or any other means to get done what is best for our Country within the bounds of the law and the Constitution which they seem to forget they vowed to uphold and protect.

SPEND SPEND SPEND
Don’t you just love the fact that the Government thinks they should take care of the illegal immigrants or the people who have had generations of people who have been supported by the welfare system? Gosh, I was always under the misguided impression that you needed to work for what you got and that the taxpayers were supposed to support the Government, not the Government support the people! Dumb me! How misguided I have been all of these years. Nowhere in the Constitution of the United States does it say we are supposed to support families for generations upon generations. That is the reason we have schools and education so that people can receive an education free of charge due to the benevolence of the American people to be in a position to find employment, support themselves and their families and pay taxes to the Government.
Of course the way the Obama administration spends money, I don’t think the working people of America would ever be able to send in enough tax dollars to keep him in money. I have never in my life seen such a wasteful, over-indulgent, deceptive, socialistic, dishonest, manipulative, uncommunicative (Obama is on TV daily, and he talks all of the time but he never listens – the teleprompter is not connected to his ears obviously), vindictive shyster in all my put together. 2012 is sure a long ways off. I just hope he has not ruined this country beyond the ability to restore it to its previous ability to again be a world power and the envy of the world.
Personally it is my belief that welfare should be taken away after giving someone a boost up. No one should be allowed to survive on the welfare rolls for generations. Welfare recipients have no pride of accomplishment. OBAMA'S GENEROSITY
What do you think of Obama’s generosity in wanting to give each senior citizen on Social Security a $250.00 bonus? As a senior citizen, I personally think he is trying to bribe us into accepting his JACKASS healthcare plan. In case you can’t tell by the tone of my writing. I’m not buying it. I will still vote against any of the morons in Congress who are up for re-election that vote for this loser bill who are representing my district. That $250.00 doesn’t even come close to the hike in my house taxes since they did away with the senior discount of 50%, then they raised my taxes on each of our vehicles, groceries have gone up, electricity has gone up, the cost to heat our home has gone up, and I’m waiting to hear what is happening with our health insurance costs, car insurance, medications, and all of the other necessities of life. Forget about luxuries – there won’t be many of them in our lives in the foreseeable future. Travel is another thing that we won’t be able to do any time soon – if ever. Unfortunately, we do not have a plane supplied by the American people so we can just go go go with no thought as to the cost. He spends way more in one one way trip than we spend to support ourselves in a year.
Obama and some in the Congress apparently think we should just lay down and die or maybe they will concoct a cocktail to help us die so they don’t have to use our Medicare funds to pay for our healthcare regardless of the fact that most of us have paid into Social Security and Medicare all of our working lives. They have said that 38% of the Medicare claims are fraudulent – well, damn it, why aren’t they cleaning it up. They also say there is a lot of wasteful spending in Medicare. They say they will use the savings from this fraud to pay for part of the healthcare plan – well if they can use it to pay for the healthcare plan, they should be able to use it just to keep the costs of Medicare in check. I guess the Insulin Pump that I wear is wasteful even though it is a real asset in keeping my blood sugar where it needs to be and it allows me to be more lenient in the foods that I eat. Now the Government wants to add a tax on the manufacture of these devices and guess who will be paying that tax? It won’t be the manufacturer – it will be passed on to the consumers. The insulin pump is not the only device that will be subject to these taxes – it will be all medical devices retailing for over $100.00.
The poll that was taken by all of the doctors in America was returned showing that 65% of the doctors are against it and 45% of the practicing physicians will resign, retire or just plain quit if this bill passes. I can not understand how they will be able to put between 7 million and 47 million (every time I hear the number of uninsured, it changes) more people on the insurance rolls and have doctors enough to take care of them if 45% of the doctors quit.
I hope Americans wake up and vote out this bunch of non-productive, arrogant, over-bearing bunch of partisan bad actors who are in the Congress. Let’s find some new (hopefully) more honest people to represent us in the mid-term election.

OBAMA'S CITIZENSHIP QUALIFICATIONS
Is Obama a U.S. Citizen? If so why does he not prove it? According to the following quotes, he should not be our President. Do you suppose that is the reason he is trying to destroy us? I will let you all decide for yourselves.

It doesn’t matter *after*. In essence, she was not old enough to qualify her son for automatic U.S. citizenship. At most, there were only 2 years elapsed since his mother turned 16 at the time of Barack Obama’s birth when she was 18 in Hawaii. His mother would have needed to have been 16+5= 21 years old, at the time of Barack Obama’s birth for him to have been a natural-born citizen. As aforementioned, she was a young college student at the time and was not. Barack Obama was already 3 years old at that time his mother would have needed to have waited to have him as the only U.S. citizen parent. Obama instead should have been naturalized, but even the, that would still disqualify him from holding the office.

***Though Barack Obama was sent back to Hawaii at age 10, all the other info does not matter because his mother is the one who needed to have been a U.S. citizen for 10 years prior to his birth on August 4, 1961, with 5 of those years being after age 16. In the media and on some of the radio shows reporting on the birth certificate issues, statements have been made that question the President’s place of birth, the media contends that these questions have been asked and answered many times since before the election, and the President’s birth certificate says he was born in Hawaii. The state’s Republican governor and other officials have backed that up. The controversy lives on, especially on the Internet.
It is correct that questions have been asked regarding our now President Obama’s birth place and the fact the issues of Obama’s citizenship is all over the internet, however, the rest of the assertions are inaccurate. The only document purporting to be Mr. Obama’s birth certificate was actually Hawaiian Certification of Live Birth [COLB], an image of which was placed on Obama’s campaign website in June of 2008. It is important to note, Hawaii also issues Certification of Live Births to children born abroad upon registration by a family member of the birth. A Hawaiian Certification of Live Birth is issued to children who are United States “natural born” citizens as “naturalized” citizens, who did not qualify for “natural born” status. Take for instance, Maya Soetoro, Mr. Obama’s half-sister who was born in Jakarta, Indonesia in 1970, she too has a Certification of Live Birth, however, she is not a United States “natural born” citizen. There are serious question as to the Associated Press, Honolulu’s recent statements that Dr. Fukino, the Director of the Hawaii Department of Health stated she has verified Barry Soetoro a/k/a Barack H. Obama was in fact born in Hawaii. If you recall October 31, 2008 and early November 2008, this same paper, AP, Honolulu ran an article stating Dr. Fukino and Hawaii Government Officials had in fact verified that Barack H. Obama was born in Hawaii. This is completely false, if you look at Dr. Fukino’s Press Release dated October 31, 2008, no where is it stated Barack H. Obama was born in Hawaii or that any person verified that he was born in Hawaii or that any person verified that he was born in Hawaii. Instead, what it stated was Dr. Fukino along with the Hawaiian Registrat had verified Barack H. Obama’s birth certificate as on file according to the laws of Hawaii. At no time prior to AP Honolulu’s July 28, 2009 story, which is questionable, has any Hawaii Official, including Linda Lingle, backed up the claim that Barack Obama was born in Hawaii.
The Media, in recent statements, claimed there has been overwhelming evidence that proves that Barack H. Obama’s birth certificate is real and that he was born in Honolulu on August 4, 1961. The Media further claimed that the Annenberg political Fact Check, which is a nonpartisan group, went to Chicago to view the birth certificate last year and they released photos and this statement, ‘FactCheck,org have now seen, touched, examine and photographed the original birth certificate. We conclude that it meets all of the requirements from the State Department for proving U.S. citizenship. Their conclusion: Obama was born in the USA, just as he has always said.’
These assertions and statements are not completely accurate. The key word here is “Annenberg”, who owns Fact Check. Not only is Annenberg pro Obama; Barack Obama was heavily affliated with Annenberg as he was on the Board of Annenberg Chicago and he was founding Chairman and President of the Chicago Annenberg Challenge from 1995 to 1999. All throughout Mr. Obama’s Presidential campaign the questions arose as to where Mr. Obama was born; whether Mr. Obama is still an Indonesian citizen; what Mr. Obama’s legal name is, Barack H. Obama or Barry Soetoro, etc. Yes, Fact Check did state they have touched, examined, viewed, and photographed the original birth certificate of Barack H. Obama; however, there have been serious questions into the authenticity of this document and this document is a Certification of Live Birth and not a Birth Certificate. In addition, NO other reporter or news agencies have been allowed near this “supposed” original birth certificate. Again, Mr. Obama was affiliated with Annenberg. And, as stated above, children born abroad are issued Certifications of Live Birth, whether “natural born” or “naturalized”, thus this document does not answer the question of Mr. Obama’s birth place or citizenship status. Further, this does not answer the question as to the legal name of our President and does not touch upon the Indonesian citizenship which we believe Mr. Obama still holds.
There have never been any Hawaiian Government Officials that have verified the Certification of Live Birth as shown on Fact Check’s website matches the one on file with the Hawaiian Department of Health. Again, all the Hawaiian Officials have stated is that Mr. Obama has a valid vital record on file in accordance with the Hawaiian laws.
It should be noted, according to the Hawaii Department of Home Lands manual, this Agency will not accept a Certification of Live Birth (COLB) to even prove Hawaiian heritage for the purchase of Hawaiian lands much less citizenship status. If the Hawaiian Government will not accept a Certification of Live Birth (COLB) why should the American people accept an image of a Certification of Live Birth to prove Mr. Obama’s citizenship status and constitution eligibility to serve as President of the United States?
Mr. Berg continues “I have even heard statements from the media that the Republican Governor of Hawaii, Linda Lingle, on record, has stated Obama was indeed born in her state. The ‘Honolulu Advertiser’ on, August 13, and the ‘Hawaii Star-Bulletin’ on August 14, 1961 both have birth announcements of Barack Obama’s birth.”
This is completely absurd and untrue. Anyone can publish a birth announcement and a Private Investigator went to the
Address printed in the birth announcements only to learn the Obama’s never resided there. Linda Lingle has never stated Mr. Obama was born in Hawaii. Health Director Dr. Chiyome Fukino issued a Press Release on October 31, 2008 which was published in the AP Honolulu newspaper and the Star Bulletin, in or about November 2008 stating “No state official, including Gov. Linda Lingle, has ever instructed that this vital record be handled in a manner different from any other vital record in the possession of the State of Hawaii.”
The Hawaii Department of Health policies and procedure are very simple, if a foreign birth is “registered” with the Hawaii Department of Health, the Original Birth certificate from what ever Country the child was born must e presented and the Hawaii Department of Certification of Live Birth is then issued. The Hawaii Department of Health maintains the foreign original birth certificate. The procedures apply if the child was born at home in Hawaii or in a hospital in Hawaii.
Mr. Berg stated “I have even heard rumors regarding Politifact.com, claiming PolitiFact.com reissued their results from the investigation they conducted in June of last year and stating since they published Obama’s birth certificate, questions about its authenticity have been frequent and fierce. And, after reviewing the evidence, they are confident of their rulings.
Politifact.com and factcheck.org are two [2] separate entities. Politifact.com only obtained a copy of a Certification of Live Birth image which was originally found on factcheck.org and fighsmears.com. Mr. Berg continued “I do give them credibility in performing the required investigations into the authenticity of the imaged document, as they would not have any access, as we have not, to obtain any verifications from the Department of Health in Hawaii. In addition, there is no way the Department of Health in Hawaii can look at an image online and state with certainty that the document actually came from their offices.”
There have also been major misstatements to the effect that for a “baby” to be “natural born” both parents must be U.S. citizens. The law is very clear:
If a baby is born in the United States or its territories, the baby is “natural born” regardless of the citizenship status of the parents. [That is why so many pregnant women sneak across the borders from Mexico]
If both parents are U.S. citizens then the baby that is born any place in the world and returns to the U.S. through Immigration, that baby is considered “natural born.
However, when a baby is born abroad and only one parent is a U.S. citizen, then you look at the law in effect as of the date of birth of the baby. We contend Mr. Obama was born in Mombasa, Kenya. In the case of Barack Obama, that was August 4, 1961. The law stated that the U.S. citizen must have lived in the U.S. for ten [10] years [Obama’s Mom did] but five [5] of those years had to be after the age of fourteen [14]. Fourteen [14] and five [5] = nineteen [19] – Obama’s mom was “only” eighteen [18] when she delivered Obama – therefore she was ‘not’ old enough to convey U.S. “natural born’ status to Obama.

His mother would have needed to have been 16+5= 21 years old, at the time of Barack Obama’s birth for him to have been a natural-born citizen. As aforementioned, she was a young college student at the time and was not. Barack Obama was already 3 years old at that time his mother would have needed to have waited to have him as the only U.S. citizen parent. Obama instead should have been naturalized, but even the, that would still disqualify him from holding the office.

***Though Barack Obama was sent back to Hawaii at age 10, all the other info does not matter because his mother is the one who needed to have been a U.S. citizen for 10 years prior to his birth on August 4, 1961, with 5 of those years being after age 16. Now you can see why Obama’s aides stopped his speech about how we technically have more than 50 states, because it would have led to this discovery. In the media and on some of the radio shows reporting on the birth certificate issues, statements have been made that question the President’s place of birth, the media contends that these questions have been asked and answered many times since before the election, and the President’s birth certificate says he was born in Hawaii. The state’s Republican governor and other officials have backed that up. The controversy lives on, especially on the Internet.
It is correct that questions have been asked regarding our now President Obama’s birth place and the fact the issues of Obama’s citizenship is all over the internet, however, the rest of the assertions are inaccurate. The only document purporting to be Mr. Obama’s birth certificate was actually Hawaiian Certification of Live Birth [COLB], an image of which was placed on Obama’s campaign website in June of 2008. It is important to note, Hawaii also issues Certification of Live Births to children born abroad upon registration by a family member of the birth. A Hawaiian Certification of Live Birth is issued to children who are United States “natural born” citizens as “naturalized” citizens, who did not qualify for “natural born” status. Take for instance, Maya Soetoro, Mr. Obama’s half-sister who was born in Jakarta, Indonesia in 1970, she too has a Certification of Live Birth, however, she is not a United States “natural born” citizen. There are serious question as to the Associated Press, Honolulu’s recent statements that Dr. Fukino, the Director of the Hawaii Department of Health stated she has verified Barry Soetoro a/k/a Barack H. Obama was in fact born in Hawaii. If you recall October 31, 2008 and early November 2008, this same paper, AP, Honolulu ran an article stating Dr. Fukino and Hawaii Government Officials had in fact verified that Barack H. Obama was born in Hawaii. This is completely false, if you look at Dr. Fukino’s Press Release dated October 31, 2008, no where is it stated Barack H. Obama was born in Hawaii or that any person verified that he was born in Hawaii or that any person verified that he was born in Hawaii. Instead, what it stated was Dr. Fukino along with the Hawaiian Registrat had verified Barack H. Obama’s birth certificate as on file according to the laws of Hawaii. At no time prior to AP Honolulu’s July 28, 2009 story, which is questionable, has any Hawaii Official, including Linda Lingle, backed up the claim that Barack Obama was born in Hawaii.
The Media, in recent statements, claimed there has been overwhelming evidence that proves that Barack H. Obama’s birth certificate is real and that he was born in Honolulu on August 4, 1961. The Media further claimed that the Annenberg political Fact Check, which is a nonpartisan group, went to Chicago to view the birth certificate last year and they released photos and this statement, ‘FactCheck,org have now seen, touched, examine and photographed the original birth certificate. We conclude that it meets all of the requirements from the State Department for proving U.S. citizenship. Their conclusion: Obama was born in the USA, just as he has always said.’
These assertions and statements are not completely accurate. The key word here is “Annenberg”, who owns Fact Check. Not only is Annenberg pro Obama; Barack Obama was heavily affliated with Annenberg as he was on the Board of Annenberg Chicago and he was founding Chairman and President of the Chicago Annenberg Challenge from 1995 to 1999. All throughout Mr. Obama’s Presidential campaign the questions arose as to where Mr. Obama was born; whether Mr. Obama is still an Indonesian citizen; what Mr. Obama’s legal name is, Barack H. Obama or Barry Soetoro, etc. Yes, Fact Check did state they have touched, examined, viewed, and photographed the original birth certificate of Barack H. Obama; however, there have been serious questions into the authenticity of this document and this document is a Certification of Live Birth and not a Birth Certificate. In addition, NO other reporter or news agencies have been allowed near this “supposed” original birth certificate. Again, Mr. Obama was affiliated with Annenberg. And, as stated above, children born abroad are issued Certifications of Live Birth, whether “natural born” or “naturalized”, thus this document does not answer the question of Mr. Obama’s birth place or citizenship status. Further, this does not answer the question as to the legal name of our President and does not touch upon the Indonesian citizenship which we believe Mr. Obama still holds.
There have never been any Hawaiian Government Officials that have verified the Certification of Live Birth as shown on Fact Check’s website matches the one on file with the Hawaiian Department of Health. Again, all the Hawaiian Officials have stated is that Mr. Obama has a valid vital record on file in accordance with the Hawaiian laws.
It should be noted, according to the Hawaii Department of Home Lands manual, this Agency will not accept a Certification of Live Birth (COLB) to even prove Hawaiian heritage for the purchase of Hawaiian lands much less citizenship status. If the Hawaiian Government will not accept a Certification of Live Birth (COLB) why should the American people accept an image of a Certification of Live Birth to prove Mr. Obama’s citizenship status and constitution eligibility to serve as President of the United States?
Mr. Berg continues “I have even heard statements from the media that the Republican Governor of Hawaii, Linda Lingle, on record, has stated Obama was indeed born in her state. The ‘Honolulu Advertiser’ on, August 13, and the ‘Hawaii Star-Bulletin’ on August 14, 1961 both have birth announcements of Barack Obama’s birth.”
This is completely absurd and untrue. Anyone can publish a birth announcement and a Private Investigator went to the
Address printed in the birth announcements only to learn the Obama’s never resided there. Linda Lingle has never stated Mr. Obama was born in Hawaii. Health Director Dr. Chiyome Fukino issued a Press Release on October 31, 2008 which was published in the AP Honolulu newspaper and the Star Bulletin, in or about November 2008 stating “No state official, including Gov. Linda Lingle, has ever instructed that this vital record be handled in a manner different from any other vital record in the possession of the State of Hawaii.”
The Hawaii Department of Health policies and procedure are very simple, if a foreign birth is “registered” with the Hawaii Department of Health, the Original Birth certificate from what ever Country the child was born must e presented and the Hawaii Department of Certification of Live Birth is then issued. The Hawaii Department of Health maintains the foreign original birth certificate. The procedures apply if the child was born at home in Hawaii or in a hospital in Hawaii.
Mr. Berg stated “I have even heard rumors regarding Politifact.com, claiming PolitiFact.com reissued their results from the investigation they conducted in June of last year and stating since they published Obama’s birth certificate, questions about its authenticity have been frequent and fierce. And, after reviewing the evidence, they are confident of their rulings.
Politifact.com and factcheck.org are two [2] separate entities. Politifact.com only obtained a copy of a Certification of Live Birth image which was originally found on factcheck.org and fighsmears.com. Mr. Berg continued “I do give them credibility in performing the required investigations into the authenticity of the imaged document, as they would not have any access, as we have not, to obtain any verifications from the Department of Health in Hawaii. In addition, there is no way the Department of Health in Hawaii can look at an image online and state with certainty that the document actually came from their offices.”
There have also been major misstatements to the effect that for a “baby” to be “natural born” both parents must be U.S. citizens. The law is very clear:
If a baby is born in the United States or its territories, the baby is “natural born” regardless of the citizenship status of the parents. [That is why so many pregnant women sneak across the borders from Mexico]
If both parents are U.S. citizens then the baby that is born any place in the world and returns to the U.S. through Immigration, that baby is considered “natural born.
However, when a baby is born abroad and only one parent is a U.S. citizen, then you look at the law in effect as of the date of birth of the baby. We contend Mr. Obama was born in Mombasa, Kenya. In the case of Barack Obama, that was August 4, 1961. The law stated that the U.S. citizen must have lived in the U.S. for ten [10] years [Obama’s Mom did] but five [5] of those years had to be after the age of fourteen [14]. Fourteen [14] and five [5] = nineteen [19] – Obama’s mom was “only” eighteen [18] when she delivered Obama – therefore she was ‘not’ old enough to convey U.S. “natural born’ status to Obama.

WRIF Radio, Detroit, Michigan called and spoke with the Kenyan Ambassador to the United States, Peter N.R.O. Ogego in Washington, DC who confirmed that Obama’s birth place was a well known attraction and his paternal grandmother was still alive in Kenya; when asked by Fellhauer if they were going to put up a marker at Obama’s Kenyan birth place, Ambassador Ogego stated, “It would depend on the government. NOBEL PEACE PRIZE
The committee for the Nobel Peace Prize either did not have any other candidates or they made their decision when Obama first took office. Obama has caused more racial discord in America in the past 9 months by his absurd comments when Professor Gates, a Harvard Professor, refused to cooperate with police when it was reported that there was an intruder breaking into Professor Gates home. It could have been handled easily if he would put his prejudices aside and listened to the policeman. Obama opened his mouth and inserted his foot before he even knew what the facts were pitting a black against a white.
The Nobel Peace Prize is showing that it is on a par with Employee of the Month or Quarter – it is not necessarily the type of job that you do, but who likes you or whose butt gets kissed. Apparently Obama has done the latter well.
First of all, Obama has done nothing in his term in office so far to warrant this kind of recognition. All he has done is spend more of America’s money than America has collected, and talks about spending more. His healthcare plan so far is a bust (thank goodness). He keeps waffling about whether he is going to send more troops to Afghanistan. He’s talking about leaving Al-Qaeda in Afghanistan. Talk about the fox in the henhouse – that would be the equivalent.
BUT, since he has been awarded this honor along with $1 million plus, and he is always telling the rest of America that we are supposed to spread the wealth around, I suggest he do just that or is that just rhetoric for the rest of America. His poor buddies over at ACORN are supposedly going broke because the Government along with private donors are pulling all of their support. I guess he could give the money to them since they stuffed the ballot boxes to get him elected.
